Royal Ball Party Games For A Princess Party

Here's a list of Royal Ball party games you can use to entertain the guests at your princess party. Whether it's a girls birthday party or a medieval Halloween party, these fun kids games will match the royal theme perfectly.

Royal Ball Freeze Dance

Easy, Easy and fun party game! When you plan Royal Ball Party Games you might need another adult to help you out. In Musical Thrones you may need one adult to referee the girls and one to start and stop the music.

Royal Ball Freeze Dance needs someone to turn the music on and off. You will also need some music a monarch would listen to, like the Disney Princess CD's.

When the music starts everyone begins to dance. When the music stops...everyone must freeze. Anyone who moves after the music has stopped must be ousted from the game. Of course, it's fun to let the kids just keep on dancing too!

A Smashing Royal Ball Party Idea: Take pictures of the girls as they are "frozen" while playing Royal Ball Freeze Dance.

Pass The Royal Slipper Musical Party Game

Pass The Royal Slipper needs a slipper as a prop that can be passed along. Your slipper can be a plain old sock that you have decorated with lace, and glitter and bows! This fun party game also needs some music...so you will be glad you have the Disney CD you bought when you played Royal Ball Freeze Dance games. Girls love musical games...they are fun party games and they are easy to plan for.

Pass the Royal Slipper is a fun game and it is easy to arrange.

Have the girls stand in a circle and when the music begins to play they have to pass the slipper. When the music stops...the girl who is left holding the slipper is out.

A Smashing Royal Ball Party Idea: Make sure you plan a fun princess craft idea or coloring page activity for the girls who are out of the game!

Princess Musical Thrones

One of the most perfect Royal Ball Party Games for a princess is Musical Thrones. It's also another game that needs some princess songs, so just keep that Disney Princess CD out. Don't put it away!

Musical Thrones is another fun game that is easy to set up for. Just set some chairs up in a circle. Set out enough chairs so you have one chair for each of the players you are going to have. Now decorate each chair. Use a crown cut out of construction paper and glue it on the back of your chair or tie a big ribbon around the chair and make a pretty bow...something to turn those chairs into a princess throne!

Now it's time to start the game...when the music starts the girls walk around the circle. When the music stops everyone sits in a chair. After the first round remove one of the royal thrones. Start the music again and after a minute or less, stop the music. One girl will be out this round. Remove another throne and start the music again.

A Smashing Royal Ball Party Idea: Why not let the girls who are out of the game put temporary tattoos on each other. One per girl.

Royal Ball Toilet Paper Princess Gown Game

Now is royal circles we usually don't speak about Toilet Paper...but in this case since we are trying to find the funniest Royal Ball party games, we must. After all, we need the toilet paper to play this fun party game.

Make a couple of teams...in each team there should be three or four girls. The object of this funny Royal game is to make a princess gown out of a roll of toilet paper. Give each team some tape and the TP...and let them go to town. Yell GO to begin the game...or say The Queen Says To Begin...and give the girls about two to three minutes to create a beautiful princess ball gown out of toilet paper and tape.

A Smashing Royal Ball Party Idea: Take pictures as the teams make their gowns and of course take pictures of the the finished outfits. These will be funny party keepsakes for the girls to bring home with them.

Other Royal Ball Party Ideas

You can also buy some fun Royal Ball Party Games to play at your princess party. My favorite is the Royal Princess Bingo Game.

Another way to entertain the Royal guests at your princess party is to supply some Princess craft projects for the girls to make. You can find princess hat craft kits, make a tiara kit or make a princess photo frame, sand art princess crown crafts or even make a royal scepter.

A Smashing Royal Ball Party Idea: Plan one or two extra royal games just in case your party goes along faster than you planned. It's always better to have extra games or craft projects planned so you can keep your party guests entertained.

We hope you found some fun Royal Ball Party Games! It's so much fun to host a princess party and games are a huge part of any kids party idea. Remember to take a look at our Princess craft page too. There are some free craft ideas there...you can find a free, printable tiara template so each girl can make a tiara. That's always a big hit with the young royals!
